1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PinsLoop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PinsLoop is an AI-powered Pinterest automation platform that crawls your website, generates Pinterest pin content, and schedules pins to your Pinterest account on your behalf. The Service uses third-party APIs including Firecrawl, Google Gemini, FLUX AI, and the Pinterest API.

3. Pinterest API Compliance

By using PinsLoop, you authorize us to access your Pinterest account via the official Pinterest API. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines and community standards. PinsLoop will never post content that violates Pinterest's policies.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must own or have the right to use the websites and content you submit.
  • You are responsible for all content posted to Pinterest through the Service.
  • You must not use the Service for spam, deceptive practices, or policy violations.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated pin content (text and images) created through the Service is owned by you. PinsLoop retains no ownership of content generated on your behalf. We retain ownership of the Service, platform, and underlying technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

PinsLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including changes to Pinterest's API, account suspensions by Pinterest, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
